Deep tissue

Deep tissue massage focuses on the inner layers of your muscles. it is useful in treating specific muscle and tendon injuries. It can help with pain and stiffness in any of your major muscle groups as well as your joints.

 

Sports massage

Sports massage isn’t just for athletes as it promotes direct blood flow to muscles, targets pain and increases the removal of toxins from your muscles. It also helps improve mobility.

 

Postural assessment

This generally occurs as part of the initial consultation. I will sit with you and go through your medical history. You will also be asked to perform some orthopedic testing to isolate any areas of pain.

Dry Cupping

This treatment improves the circulation by drawing blood to the area, bringing with it oxygen and nutrients which are essential for healing, releasing muscle tension and breaking down scar tissue as well as helping to reduce stress and tension, improve digestive flow and re-align the body’s energy..

Dry needling is a technique that is used to treat dysfunction of skeletal muscle and connective tissue, minimise pain and improve and regulate structural function or damage. This treatment can assist to decrease muscle tightness, and increase blood flow.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage helps to promote the function of the lymphatic system by soft flowing strokes that assist the movement of the lymph fluid therefore ridding the body of the metabolic waste that has been blocking the lymph nodes. This sort of treatment helps with lymphoma, sinus problems, migraines and headaches etc
